Associate Consultant (m/f/d) – Strategy, M&A & Corporate Finance

We work on high-impact projects in M&A, corporate finance, strategy, and value creation for C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and investors.

Your Role

As an Associate Consultant, you will take on an active role in project delivery, working closely with the CEO and the project team on analyses, concept development, and the execution of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and further develop financial models and business cases

• Conduct market, competitive, and company analyses

• Contribute to M&A, private equity, and corporate finance projects

• Support due diligence, strategy projects, and financial reviews

• Prepare presentations and decision-making materials

• Independently manage workstreams and analytical tasks

Your Profile

• Excellent academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field

• Initial relevant professional experience (e.g., consulting, investment banking, Big Four, private equity)

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Fluency in German and English

• High level of ownership, drive, and performance orientation

Compensation & Benefits

• Associate Consultant Salary: approx. €4,500 – €6,500 gross/month (depending on experience)
