Intern (m/f/d) – Strategy, M&A & Corporate Finance

CAESAR STRATEGY is a boutique executive advisory firm with a background in Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, investment banking, and private equity.

We work on high-impact projects in M&A, corporate finance, strategy, and value creation for C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and investors.

Your Role

As an intern, you will gain deep exposure to complex, high-impact projects and support the team in analyses, research, and the preparation of decision-making materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of financial models, business cases, and analyses

• Conduct market, competitive, and company analyses

• Contribute to M&A, private equity, and corporate finance projects

• Prepare presentations and decision-making materials

• Perform data analysis, research, and benchmarking

• Support due diligence and strategy projects

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled (minimum 5th semester) or completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.”

• Previous internships or relevant experience are a plus

• Strong analytical thinking and high numerical affinity

• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Fluency in German and English

• Structured, self-driven, and highly motivated working style

Compensation & Benefits

• Internship Compensation: €1,500 – €2,500 gross/month (depending on profile and duration)
