Consultant (m/w/d) – Strategy, M&A & Corporate Finance

We work on high-impact projects in M&A, corporate finance, strategy, and value creation for C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and investors.

Your Role

As a Consultant, you will take ownership of independent project modules and work directly with the CEO as well as C-level clients on the execution of strategic and financial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of independent workstreams within projects

• Develop financial models, business cases, and strategic concepts

• Conduct complex market and company analyses

• Contribute to M&A, private equity, and transformation projects

• Prepare presentations and decision-making materials for senior management

• Support the implementation of value creation initiatives

Your Profile

• Excellent academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience (e.g., consulting, investment banking, Big Four, private equity)

• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Fluency in German and English

• High level of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Consultant Salary: approx. €9,500 – €11,000 gross/month
