Your Role

As a Partner, you will take full ownership of client mandates, relationships, and business development, playing a key role in shaping and scaling CAESAR STRATEGY.

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination and execution of client mandates

• Build and maintain senior client relationships at the C-level

• Drive the development of new business areas and strategic initiatives

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

• Oversee complex projects and transactions end-to-end

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity

• Proven track record in winning and delivering mandates as well as client development

• Strong and relevant professional network

• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong leadership capabilities

• Highly results-driven with strong strategic thinking
