Gabriel Ghirmay is the Founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Caesar Strategy, which he built from the ground up. He advises boards, shareholders and private equity investors on strategic, transactional and operational challenges with a direct impact on enterprise value and performance.

His focus spans strategy, M&A, value creation and operational transformation, from defining the strategic agenda and identifying value creation opportunities to driving disciplined execution. In high stakes situations, he also assumes direct operational leadership as Interim CEO or Managing Director.

His track record includes more than €120m in enterprise value creation, €32m+ in identified EBITDA potential and €18m in liquidity optimization. As an Interim CEO, he has delivered a double digit €m EBITDA impact and achieved a 10 to 15% valuation uplift in less than 60 days.

These results have been delivered through multidisciplinary task forces of up to 10 experts, personally recruited and assembled for individual mandates. As mandate lead, he has directed the teams strategically, coordinated their workstreams and ensured alignment with the client’s management team and overall value creation agenda.

His career combines strategy consulting, commercial leadership and hands on operational management, including experience as a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and in sales leadership roles at thyssenkrupp and Hays.

His approach combines strategic clarity, entrepreneurial ownership and rigorous execution, with a focus on measurable impact.
