Project Leader (m/f/d) – Strategy, M&A & Corporate Finance

Location: Hybrid (Remote / Wiesbaden / Project Locations)
Start: Immediately or by agreement

Your Role

As a Project Leader, you will take full ownership of project delivery and lead teams across high-impact mandates, working directly with senior management, investors, and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across M&A, private equity, and transformation engagements

• Manage and steer project teams to ensure effective delivery

• Own overall outcomes, quality, and timelines

• Work directly with C-level executives, investors, and key decision-makers

• Develop and execute value creation strategies

• Ensure successful end-to-end project implementation

Your Profile

• 4–7 years of relevant experience (top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity)

• Proven track record in leading projects and managing teams

• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation

Compensation & Benefits

• Project Leader Salary: approx. €12,500 – €13,500 gross/month
