Your Role
As a Business IT Specialist, you serve as the architect of our digital execution capabilities at the intersection of enterprise IT systems and financial impact. You ensure that the technological foundation accelerates the scalability and execution speed of our mandates.
You operate as a digital enabler, harmonizing ERP landscapes and automating core processes to drive measurable EBITDA improvement.
Responsibilities
Systems Integration: Harmonize and consolidate complex ERP and CRM environments (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) following M&A transactions
Process Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities (RPA, AI-driven workflows) to improve operational margins
Data Pipeline Management: Design and optimize interfaces between client systems and internal quantitative models
Digital Due Diligence: Assess target companies from a technology perspective, including scalability, cybersecurity, and synergy potential
Digital Transformation: Support carve-out processes and build new IT architectures under high time pressure
Your Profile
Outstanding degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., TUM, KIT, University of Mannheim, or equivalent)
2–6 years of relevant experience in IT strategy consulting, system implementation, or digital transformation
Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures combined with hands-on coding skills (SQL, Python, Java)
Structured problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills at the IT/business interface
Fluent German (C2) and English (C1 or higher)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €9,000 – €12,500 gross/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
