Executive Assessment & IST-Analyse

Please fill out the following form in its entirety to apply for the mentoring program.

The Process:

Our COO (a former McKinsey partner) will conduct a detailed analysis of your current profile. Due to the capacity constraints of our partnership and our involvement in ongoing board-level mandates, admission to the program is selective. We will assess whether your profile aligns with the standards of global top-tier firms (MBB, bulge bracket banking, PE).

Important:

Only candidates who successfully pass the pre-screening will be invited to a personal assessment interview with the management team. We view this program as a strategic investment in the next generation of business leaders.
