Your Role & Responsibilities (Where You Create Impact)

Rainmaker Support
You coordinate and manage high-level communication with Managing Directors of global private equity firms and investment banks—operating at board-level standard.

Recruiting & Onboarding Lead
You identify, screen, and onboard the top 1% of graduates (e.g., TUM, Harvard, WHU) for our task force and Caesar Academy.

Outreach & Growth
You leverage your sales expertise and network to proactively acquire new mandates at C-level and strengthen Caesar Strategy’s brand positioning in the market.

Performance Operations
You act as a force multiplier for the Founder—building operational structures for a fast-scaling entity and ensuring execution at the highest level.

Your Profile (High-Performance Mindset)

Execution-Driven Mindset
You are highly organized, results-oriented, and ideally hold a Master’s degree with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

High Mobility
You are willing to travel across the DACH region and internationally. We operate on-site with clients (large-cap PE portfolios, DAX boards) and travel at executive standard.

Executive Presence
You are confident engaging with board members of DAX-listed companies and partners at private equity firms.

Precision & Reliability
You operate with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail—errors are not an option.

Language Skills
Fluency in English at a professional negotiation level is mandatory, especially for international communication (London, NYC).

Compensation & Benefits (The Game Changer)

Base Salary
€72,500 – €96,000 gross per year (depending on experience)

Performance Bonus
Direct participation per successful mandate closing (€2,000 – €4,000 gross per deal)

Initially 100% remote, complemented by regular strategy offsites
