About Us

Caesar Strategy is a boutique strategy advisory firm with backgrounds in MBB (BCG, McKinsey, Bain) and private equity.

We support international C-level executives and investors in realizing multi-billion-euro value creation through mathematical precision and operational execution rigor. In our task force, data is not used for reporting—it is used as a lever for EBITDA maximization.

Your Role

As Lead Data Analyst / Quant, you act as the mathematical core of our task force. Guided by rigorous analytical standards, you extract value-creation drivers from complex, unstructured corporate data environments and translate them into measurable EBITDA improvements.

You cut through financial noise, identify anomalies, and uncover opportunities that traditional finance professionals often overlook.

Responsibilities

  • Quantitative Analysis: Develop mathematical models for EBITDA drivers, working capital scenarios, and cost optimization potential

  • Predictive Analytics: Build forecasting models and early-warning systems (extending risk detection horizons from ~10 to 30 days)

  • Data Mining: Identify patterns in complex datasets to unlock synergies in post-M&A environments

  • Algorithm Development: Design and maintain proprietary analytical tools for private equity clients (e.g., KKR, Blackstone)

  • C-Level Reporting: Translate highly complex quantitative outputs into clear, decision-ready executive presentations

Your Profile

  • Outstanding Master’s or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (e.g., TUM, ETH, Oxford, or equivalent)

  • 2–6 years of experience in quantitative analysis, quantitative finance, or tech consulting

  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and modern BI tools; experience with big data architectures

  • Strong analytical rigor combined with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences

  • Fluent German (C2) and English (C1 or higher)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: €10,000 – €13,500 gross/month (depending on experience and qualification)

  • Impact Bonus: Direct participation in mandate success tied to realized EBITDA improvements

  • Fully remote-first setup focused on cognitive performance rather than presence

  • Personal mentorship from the Founder (TUM Physics background) and a former Bain partner (Harvard)
